Deep, focused healing in an accelerated format
Therapy Intensives and Personalized Therapy Retreats in Massachusetts for individuals navigating Disordered Eating, Clinical Eating Disorders, Trauma Healing, Identity Work, and Life Transitions.
Therapy Intensives offer clients seeking real change the space to build momentum, move beyond surface-level insight, and make meaningful progress in days rather than months or years.
For those that resonate with a holistic approach, intensives afford the space to address the cognitive, somatic, emotional, relational, and spiritual dimensions of your experience in a deliberate, integrated, and unhurried way. Rather than touching on one piece at a time from week to week, we have the opportunity to explore how each layer is connected and work with the whole picture together.
Whether you're just beginning your healing journey or have been on the path for years, intensives offer a safe, spacious, and distraction-free environment that supports authentic, embodied change that you can see and feel in your daily life.
A modern approach for full, demanding lives
For many people, weekly therapy simply doesn’t fit the reality of their schedule, or the depth of work they are looking for. Between work, family, relationships, and daily demands, it can be hard to maintain continuity and momentum in hour-long sessions spaced a week apart.
Therapy intensives offer a modern structure that fits your life and schedule with extended, focused time to do meaningful work, and without the stop-start rhythm of weekly appointments.
Intensives offer dynamic, safe, and transformative space to:
Explore your strengths and challenges from a unique, holistic mind-body-soul-envorinment lens
Transform patterns that are no longer serving you
Reconnect with yourself, your body, your life, and your purpose
Heal old wounds that are keeping you feeling stuck, frustrated, and disconnected
Step forward into the life you want to create, intentionally and with purpose
My work is integrative, relational, and grounded in the understanding that wellbeing is rooted in connection—to ourselves, our bodies, our relationships, our communities, the earth, and our sense of meaning and purpose. I offer a holistic approach to therapy that integrates insight with experiential, relational, and somatic practices to help clients move beyond awareness toward embodied, lasting change and healing.
Intensive Offerings
Intensives are held at my office in Walpole, MA, a private retreat space or Airbnb of your choosing, or virtually.
If you are working with a primary therapist, I offer specialized intensives that can deepen and support the work you are already doing.
If you are not currently in therapy, intensives can also serve as a stand-alone focused therapeutic process.

Somatic Intensives are designed for those who want to connect with the wisdom and power of the body and nervous system as part of their healing process. Through a relational cognitive-somatic lens, we’ll explore how thoughts, emotions, and experiences are held in your nervous system and work to shift patterns that are no longer serving you. Nervous system healing is not only about regulation, but also expanding your capacity to move through what life brings with presence, flexibility, empowerment, and resilience.

Eating disorders are complex and exhausting, but true, lasting recovery is possible. If you feel like you understand yourself and your patterns but still feel them running the show, there is nothing wrong with you. Mainstream eating disorder care often focuses on thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, but misses the embodied, somatic, and nervous system levels where food, self-criticism, restriction, and control are used to regulate or avoid difficult internal states.
I have worked extensively with individuals struggling with eating disorders, including five years of experience in a residential program, and additional experience in outpatient and college mental mental health settings. I have also conducted research on embodiment in eating disorders.
If you are curious about how somatic and embodiment-based work can deepen and stabilize your healing, helping you move beyond daily struggle and coping into a more regulated, aligned, and free relationship with food and your body, I would love to connect. It does not have to stay this hard.

Psychospiritual intensives are designed for folks navigating major life transitions, identity shifts, or periods of spiritual awakening. They offer grounded and nonjudgmental space to explore the deeper questions of identity, meaning, purpose, alignment, and authenticity. Through an integrative mind-body-soul approach, we work with psychological and nervous system patterns, your lived experience, meaning-making, and intuition to explore the parts of you that are emerging, dissolving, or asking to be seen, as well as the somatic landscape that accompanies these shifts.
Compared to traditional, weekly therapy, intensives offer:
A more immersive and focused container for deeper therapeutic work
Greater continuity and depth, allowing us to stay with your process for longer stretches of time without the stop-start rhythm of weekly sessions
The opportunity to work across cognitive, emotional, relational, and somatic layers in a more sustained way
Can be a cost-effective option compared to weekly therapy over time by allowing for deeper, more focused work in a condensed timeframe
Intensive Structure
Consultation
If you have questions or aren’t sure whether an intensive is right for you, schedule a free consultation where I can answer questions and help you decide whether now is the right time for a holistic therapy intensive
1-Hour Introduction Session (1-2 weeks prior to your intensive; in-person or virtual)
We meet to discuss your background, strengths, challenges, intentions, and goals, as well as the therapeutic approaches that resonate most with you
Plan Development
I create a thoughtfully curated plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. While your personalized intensive plan serves as a roadmap for our work, I encourage clients to remain flexible and responsive to what arises during the intensive itself. Some of the most meaningful breakthroughs happen when we follow the wisdom of the moment, rather than a predetermined plan.
Day-Long Intensive (apx. 5 hours; in-person or virtual)
A dedicated space for deep healing, self-exploration, and transformation.
We work with the cognitive, emotional, relational, somatic, nervous system, and soulful/energetic aspects of your experience to help heal and transform the wounds and patterns that are keeping you stuck
Because we are not constrained by the limits of a traditional therapy session, we have the time and space to slow down, go deeper, and work at a pace that supports meaningful, embodied change
1-Hour Integration and Follow-Up (2-3 weeks after your intensive; in-person or virtual)
Intensives are launching pads that help you begin to feel and embody change that you can then translate into your daily life. Post-intensive sessions provide the opportunity to reflect on your experience, process insights, celebrate shifts, and address any challenges that may have arisen as you integrate the work. We'll discuss what's changed, what you're noticing, and how to continue building on the momentum created during the intensive.
Additional follow-up sessions are always available as needed
