An integrative, relational, and embodied approach to therapy

In addition to therapy intensives, I also offer holistic therapy that follows the more traditional weekly or bi-weekly therapy format. If you’re looking for consistent, integrative support that helps you get grounded, gain clarity, work through difficult feelings, and reconnect with yourself, your body, and your purpose during a difficult season, I’m here to help.

Grounded and compassionate support that attends to your whole person—mind, body, heart, and soul.

If you have a sense that there is more to life than just surviving the day, but you can’t quite figure out how to feel more embodied, seen, connected, purposeful, and alive—I see you, and I’ve got you.

In-person and virtual therapy for clients in Massachusetts

My specialty areas include disordered eating and clinical eating disorders, trauma healing, identity work (who am I and what am I doing here?), and life transitions.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE?

There are several ways to schedule an appointment.

  • If you have questions or are unsure whether we are the right fit, book a free 15-minute phone consultation.

  • You can also contact me directly at 508-377-3157 or fill out this contact form and I will get back to you.

Only a limited number of appointments are available for online scheduling. If you do not see a time that works for you, please reach out for additional availability.

WHAT IS THE SESSION COST?

$250 per session

I offer a sliding scale for those who are seeking holistic therapy but for whom the session cost is not feasible. Please reach out by phone or fill out my contact form if that feels like you.

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

As an out-of-network provider, I do not bill insurance directly. However, if you have PPO or other plan with “out of network” benefits, part of your session may be reimbursed to you. Coverage is not guaranteed and will depend on your specific plan.

If you have a plan with out of network benefits, I will provide you with the proper documentation and help you submit for reimbursement.

EATING DISORDERS CAN REQUIRE SPECIALIZED CARE. WHAT IS YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS?

I have worked extensively with individuals struggling with eating disorders, including five years of experience in a residential program, and additional experience in outpatient and college mental mental health settings. I work well as part of an integrative team of providers, including but not limited to collaboration with medical doctors, dieticians, and other specialists.

I have also conducted research on eating disorders, including my doctoral dissertation: In and Through the Body: A Quantitative Exploration of Embodiment in Eating Disorders.

I believe that full recovery is possible and includes more than symptom reduction or coping. It is possible to build a grounded, connected, flexible, and free relationship with yourself, food, and your body.

WHERE ARE SESSIONS HELD?

In-person sessions are held at 55 West. St. in Walpole, MA.

Virtual sessions are held via a secure, HIPPA-Compliant telehealth platform. I also offer phone sessions if that is preferred and clinically indicated.

You can view contact information and location map here.
